Bawana Infra Development Private Limited (BIDPL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle, a company Incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 in the Year 2011 for the Purpose of executing the project "Re-development and Management of Industrial Estate of Bawana".

BIDPL is basically the Joint Venture of two Companies, viz. M/S Abhyudaya Housing & Constructions Private Limited (AHCPL) and M/S Jyoti Buildtech Private Limited (JBPL), in which AHCPL holds 90% and JBPL holds 10% of the shares.

The proposed project envisages development/ up-gradation, management and O&M of Physical Infrastructure (Like roads, storm water drainage, street lighting, sewerage/ effluent conveyance, treatment plant, solid waste management, parking, maintenance of green/ open areas etc) of Bawana Industrial Area in New Delhi.

The appointed Private Partner shall be entitled to collect revenues from the billing of water supply (in the with DJB tariff structure). Effluent conveyance & treatment charges (as per other existing CETP society tariff structure) and maintenance charges (likely to be Rs 10 per sqm of plot area per month). From all leased plots in the industrial estates. Rights for outdoor advertising and provision of value ass services shell also be available to the Concessionaire as additional revenues. These additional revenues shall be payment of applicable taxes.

Bawana Industrial area is spread over an area of 778.17 Ha (1922.10 Acres). It is divided into five sectors and the further divided into 7 clusters each. There are 16312 Industrial plots of size 100, 150, 200 and 250 sqm areas. The direct employment at the Industrial areas approximately 14, 016 and total user population including the floating population in the Industrial areas is approximately 18, 602 people.

The project is awarded by Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation LTD. (DSIIDC) a company incorporated under the companies Act, 1956 and also governed by the Delhi Industrial Development, Operation and Maintenance Act, 2010 and having its corporate office at N-Block, Bombay life Building Connaught Circus, New Delhi 110001.

  • The co. called bawana infrastructure is the co. who making fools of industrialist without doing any work they r charging Ctbt and water charges the sewars r blocked the water will come only for 2 hrs sometime not come . they r charging the service tax without giving any service they.
  • kejriwal promised free water to about half the population of delhi and here is BAWANA INFRA charging for water forcibly, but not providing it, it is a sham setup. Improve it.
  • Bawana Infra is a concessionaire appointed by DSIIDC. Its a sham company that does no work except for sending bills and collecting money. When industrialists do not pay as they are not being provided any service, they are threatened with sealing and shutting down of their units.
