  • Unfortunately there are businesses and homes that are too close to the electromagnetic field which this substation is producing all day long, every day. The substation is documented as a 69k/V unit, which means that the minimum safe distance for sleeping is 100 meters, and the minimum safe distance for working near is at least 50 meters. I was about to purchase a house just West of the substation and started to investigate the pros and cons of living near a substation. Just do an internet search on the documented evidence of the health hazards of living or working in specific electromagnetic fields.
