  • Poor services in TNSYC buses which running between Sivaganga and Chennai. Sir, I am the regular user of Ultra Delux bus from Sivaganga to Chennai. in 13.04.09 I travelled in TN-63:N-1063 ultra delux bus from Sivaganga to Chengalpattu. The bus fare is Rs.245/ right from inroduce time, but at the initial stage it was video coach, Air bus and individual light were provoided, so we paid Rs. 245/ this 50 Rs. more compared to other buses which opereated in the same route and the same branch, so we did not mind to pay more. But now a days all features are removed like Fans, individual lights, Video etc, still the fare is the same. This is simply cheating the users, because in the bus still it is displayed that Video coach, Air bus etc. All other TNSTC buses in and near the branches like KAraikudi, Paramakudi etc Ultra delux buses are having the all facilities. So, I request you to look into the matter and provide al the facilities or reduce the fare. Thanking You. S. Selvaganapathy
