  • Don't buy an apartment in Gulmohar City Extension Derabassi, the builder did not provide car parking. Also the construction quality is very poor, check out the roof top and walls, the used cement is of very poor quality. This is the heaven for thieves. Even the Raglan employees would cut your apartment door in your absence and loot all your home appliances. Even the security staff are the thief here. The loot is common here, just ask to any resident. The loot incidents happen every week and they security staff did not crack the looter yet. The Builder has shown stilt car parking, but only 2 to 4 cars could be park in side an apartment of 24 homes. Check out the tiles, most of the tiles are broken and insulted. There is crack in every RCC built roof top. The Raglan people are fooling the buying with low cost quote, they are selling a very bad quality built apartment to you. Hmm, also check out the cleaning of stairs. You would be socked to know that the cleaning staff dont clean the stairs before 5 days passed. The sewerage system had designed like any open canal. The roof rain water goes anywhere but one the road. The rain water from roof should be going to the closed sewerage. Poor Elevators: The so called modern elevators are actually very cheap and hung when the electricity cut off. The company people would fool you by promising that the lifts are generator power backed but would stop when the power goes and would not come alive in 10 minutes, You guys would be hanging between two floor without any light and one of the security people would come and rescue you. All your sweet dreams would be vanished once you got stuck in their modern lift. Also, the lift’s failures are a routine affairs. Just ask to any resident and you would know the false promise of the marketing people. Guys, just talk to any residents of Gulmohar city extension. You would be socked with poor the raglan company management.
  • this guy knw nthng my buddy lives there and I go there every day and believe me nothing like what tht guy said happen over there, even my parents are planing to buy one duplex or flat over there, so plz stopping spreading the false rumors.
  • No all is true the condition of flat is not upto the mark and elevators are also worst so never buy gulmohar city extension i also trap in this hell.
  • Got a house there..... trust me its the safest society I have seen so far... there is enough space to park a car in front of duplex house and in more is needed than you can use the side parking spots.....trust me its a lot better than having to separately buy a parking spot in lakhs...
  • its by far the safest colony in and around zirakpur and chandigarh area... and the one who's given the first comment is kindly requested to once go and visit some other costlier colonies that lack even the basic vehicular and pedestrian circulation spaces...security is perfect...what more do you expect at such resonable rates...
  • Silly remark. It's a nice society with good landscaping, open spaces and no security issues whatsoever... rest is up to you. Yes, it's not a swanky society and the prices are reasonable. What the hell, even DLF has quality issues.
