Veranda Apartments, a complex of five residential buildings is a newly approved project by the Municipality of Prishtina, which started its constructions in 2009. This complex is located on a residential neighborhood on the west side of the city, in Arbëria.
Each of its buildings is made up of 6 levels, which also include the “Penthouse Veranda” in the last levels with their panoramic view of 180 degrees to the city center of Prishtina.
