  Adivashi Asharam School Bhatsai, is a beautiful place situated on the bank of Bhatsa river. The school campus is surrounded by many tiny forest hills and is blessed with natural beauty. The school is run by Gadge Maharaj Trust and its students are drawn mostly (more than 90%)from tribal and other backward areas like Shahapur, Jawhar, Igatpuri, Akole tehasils. All necessary facilities (including lodging and boarding, stationary)are provided free of cost to its students by the school administration and management. Indeed, the school has tremendously contributed towards the upliftment of downtrodden by the way of educating poor tribals. It has produced many quality students and it's alumni are serving the nation in different areas right from medical, engg, education and industry.
