  i would to say that balamban become more progressive but still there's lot of people living in this community had no proper way of maintaining the cleanliness of the town hope that the mayor of this town would act as a father and make a rules or make a law that can make the balamban clean and green..and wish that the LGU would help in maintaining the balaban become more progressive..

  i hope progress will not only show physically in structures but would also like to see progress in every person that will show character of involvement, commitment and virtues to go along with the progress of the community.
