Jabal Thawr (Mount of Bull) is the name of a mountain in Saudi Arabia, located in the lower part of Makkah to the south of the district of Misfalah.
The Mountain is notable for housing a cave known as Ghar al-Thawr ( Cave of the Bull), in which Muhammad(peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and Abu Bakr(may Allah be pleased with him) hid during the migration to Medina.
