Three-storey apartment house manufacturer Hilyariya Triebel in the Gothic Revival style, built in 1890. In Soviet times, there were edition of newspapers "Work" and "Soviet Volyn" in which the known Ukrainian playwright Ivan Kocherha. Architectural monument of local importance.
