Britannia Point is the current name for the tower popularly known as the Colliers Wood Tower. The structure is a 17-storey tower block, originally constructed in the mid 1960s, designed by Bader & Miller architects. After years of neglect, the structure was remodeled in 2017 into a mixed-use development. Due to its location directly above the Underground tunnels, the cost of demolition was deemed too great.

The tower was initially built to provide 7,576sq.m. of office space. The building was starkly utilitarian in appearance, forming a highly visible local landmark. It had monolithic elevations of dark grey, pre-cast concrete, with uniform fenestration and a prominent functional plant room at roof level. It had been largely vacant for years. The Colliers Wood Tower was voted the ugliest building in London in a 2006 BBC poll and one of the twelve ugliest in the UK in a 2005 Channel 4 poll for its programme Demolition.
