The Post Falls hydroelectric development consists of three separate dams built where the Spokane River branches into three separate channels. The Middle Channel Dam (here) contains a powerhouse with a capacity of 14.75 megawatts. The South Channel Dam is adjacent to Q'Emiln Riverside Park, while the North Channel Dam is at Falls Park.
