The Secretary Islands are two islands located beside Galiano Island, close to Porlier Pass area. Named after James Lowther Southey, who was Secretary to the Commander in Chief Sir R. L. Baynes in 1859. There are properties on these Islands, which sometimes come on the market, but these are private islands.
