SeQuent has an integrated process and product development laboratory located at Mangalore. The R&D set-up includes 24 well laid chemical work stations; dedicated utility systems for pressure & vacuum, variety of filtration, evaporation, distillation facilities. High capacity glass columns capable of commercial scale column chromatography, hydrogenators, large capacity reaction set ups from 5 to 50 litre glass flasks are available to support the activities.

A multidisciplinary R&D team of Scientists with doctorates in Chemistry (Organic, Physical, Analytical and Polymer fields), Chemical engineers, Mechanical engineers and Chemists who have considerable experience and expertise to develop new products and processes man this facility. The facility is further supported with dedicated analytical facilities for characterisation, quantification and impurity profiling.
