Established in 1959, was integrated into the Holding in 2005. One of the largest Moscow companies manufacturing construction materials.
The plant produces ready-mix concrete of all grades, concrete goods and structures.

The plant is equipped with:

- Finnish equipment «Elimatic» for manufacturing stressed hollow-core slabs (workshop № 6)
- Modern equipment for manufacturing concrete goods of different kinds (workshop № 1)
- German equipment «Мasa» and «Оmag» for manufacturing paving slabs and kerb stone (workshop № 4)
- The plant produces customer-tailored columns, flights, beams of various profiles and other concrete goods

Batching plants, producing high-grade concrete, are equipped with «PCE Engineering», «Cobra», «SCHWING-STETTER» and «TECA» computer hardware.

Annual production capacities:

- Ready-mix concrete – 700 000 cubic meters
- Concrete goods – 116 012 cubic meters
- Sand concrete – 70864 cubic meters
