Anchor Marina (North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina)

Anchor Marina was established in 1992 when a small group of people wanted to provide boaters a pleasant place to stay overnight and if the need arose, furnish repair services. At that time one small building housed the office, parts area and a ships store; approximately 50 wet slips were available and an old dirt ramp for people to launch their boats. Eventually a repair facility (boatyard) with a shop, restaurant, and fuel dock were added.

Today, we have approximately 100 wet slips, a two-story office building, plenty of paved parking lots, and a different launch ramp.
