Utthan serves to persons with disabilities including mentally challenged, hearing and speech challenged, autistic, spastic and persons suffering from cerebral palsy. It has a state of art speech clinic, psychotherapy centre and ability development centre for all type of challenged persons including a community based rehabilitation programme for them.

It also provides family counselling to maladjusted couples, pre-marital counselling to adolescent and youth.

The Institute houses a Dream Platform for children and school & college students to help them overcome their problems in coping with their studies and homework. It cultivates the potential of children to help them grow as responsible citizens and succeed in their careers.
