  STAY FAR AWAY. The new management (Spieker Properties) bought the building in 2010. They must have spent millions of dollars just making the place look nicer, repainted, re-carpeted, and then jacked up everyones rent hundreds of dollars. Now after everyone living here has suffered with months of construction noise, smells, inconvenience, it is still the same noisy building (you hear everyone living around you, every TV, conversation there is no privacy!) There are coach roaches in the units!!! (I We still have the same rusty unhealthy water coming out of our faucets. The place looks nice but its still the same old 50 year old building, JUST MORE EXPENSIVE! And its just a matter of time before they start jacking the rent even more. STAY FAR AWAY find some place else to live! This place is terrible! If they had a rating with negative stars this place would earn five of them.
