The initial recipe of beer «München» occurs from the known in the south of Germany brewer Dr Karl Heinz Radke, who was present at the first brewing. Even today this beer is exclusive and following old German traditions. It is necessary to note also, that this is a so-called "live" beer which is not pasteurized during preparation.

Now there are three types of beer:

"Light" - classical German beer such as pilsner, at which clearly recognized taste of hops. Alc 5,5 %
*
"Copper" - strong golden beer. In its taste it is distinguished characteristic to light beer hop, and peculiar to dark beer caramel malt. Alc 6,3 %

"Rice" - easy light beer, which taste reminds more English beer of lager-type than pilsner. As well as speaks the name, raw material of this beer is fig. Alc 4.5 %


The most part of beer market at restaurants, pubs and bars as it is issued in flanks 10-50 l. In the big shopping centres it is available in 3 liter decorative jugs.
