Former flagship of the J.W. Knapp Company Department Store which was designed c. 1937 in the Streamline Moderne style by Orlie Munson of the Bowd–Munson Company. It was constructed with a proprietary material named “Maul Macotta” made of enameled steel and cast-in-place concrete panels.

  • It is now called the Knapp's Centre. And it is occupied by The Eyde Company, Dewpoint, CGI Technologies, Draper Eyewear, & The Runway. More businesses and offices are moving in all the time. The apartments are almost all leased.
