  • One of the Finest De-coiling and Re cutting Unit in Taloja for Stailess Steel Coils and sheets and plates. Only Difficulty is they have only 10 ton Crane hence they donot process coil above 10 ton of weight.

  • Pros : 1.Very accurate work.. a little higher priced but worth considering accuracy and right angled cut sheet. 2. Best for Stainless Steel/ Aluminum coils. 3. Delivery on time. Professional and recommendable. Cons: 1. They do not entertain whole quantity work that why they are higher priced. 2. They have only 10 ton crane in their existing workshop. new workshop is under construction of 35ton crane capacity.
  • Recently Got 4mm stainless steel Coil straightening and cutting to 5000mm long,they charged Rs.2/- Kg for Decoiling[cut to length]. Clean and scratch-less cutting, All wastage returned to us, Honest and Accurate and On time delivery, Factory run by Family Members and they charge higher but it is very good for stainless steel. Also got 200 nos angles made, 3mm thick x 50mm x 50mm profile x 2500mm long. they charged Rs 5 per Kg/-.
  • Good work. On time, Very accurate, minimum wastage calculation. Best thing is they return all the scrap even it is a small pence piece. We are happy with the quality of work. No scratches. I got 2000 kg 2mm x 1250 coil cut in 2500mm length, for Rs 1.5per Kg, and then Re-cutting in to 830 x 410mm pieces = they charged Rs 4 per Kg. Price per Kg is also reasonable comparing their service and policy of returning all scrap. [Other shearing and cut to length Factories in taloja charge less and always keep some scrap so the weight is always less then what you have supplied.] so calculating all this Manilal Motilal & Sons is reasonable.   • I got 2.5mm 316 SS coil - 5500kgs cut to length. length = 1320mm, then SHEARING to size =130 x 1250mm. i pay Rs1.25 for CUT TO LENGTH and Rs3/- for Shearing. All sizes were perfect, they check sizes with Vernier and not Tape like others. so Very Perfect Sizes.Their Shearing Machine is very good accuracy, Their price is OK, not costly , also quality is very good, The Owner cuts the initial material himself and checks the sizes and gauge settings, and after perfecting everything then his operator cuts the rest. They place the scarp on your cut material tied by metal strip, i liked that very much, They can cut all types of material, MS , SS. AlU, for coils and sheets. Nice Work and factory. Fully Equipped.
  • I GOT MY C CHANNEL BENT AT MANILAL MOTILAL & SONS. 100 X 200 X 100 - 5MM THICKNESS - 2500 LONG. - SS 304L PAID RS 8 PER KG FOR CUTING AND BENDING ON TIME DELIVERY - GOOD ACCURACY. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM FOR STAINLESS STEEL AND MILD STEEL CUTTING AND BENDING. - SHEARING AND PRESSBRAKE SECTION FOLDING. RAJESH PARIA
