Gapado (가파도), also known as Gapari (가파리), is the second southernmost island in South Korea. As of 2008, the approximate population of the island was around 200. Most of the residents are in the fishing and agricultural trade. A small Buddhist temple is next to the island's only school. There is also a single church on the island.
