Troy, Ohio, founded in 1807, is the home of Hobart School of Welding. Previously, the manufacturing base included Skinner Sprinkler, Hobart Manufacturing, Kitchen Aid, Hayner Brewing and WACO Aircraft, formerly Weaver Aircraft Company. The town of 22,000 is currently a beautiful small town, a suburb of Dayton and Wright=Patterson Air Force Base.
