This is the remote village.The very enthusiatic and courageous people live there.But in last couple of decades there is no development happening.People are so committed to help each other in times of crisis that nobody can imagine of.But the unemployment and poverty is promoting some crime.Village has about 5000 population,predominantly Hindu.There is sizeable muslim minority.Also some people identify themselves as sikhs(These are neo-converts).Society is divided on lines of caste as is true for whole of this region.
