  • Even this is not only a Jamshoro Bridge, IT is a barrage on river Indus that irrigates thousands of acre of land in southern Sindh via Canals (Fuleli,Paniyaari KB Feeder and others).This Barrage was Built in 1952-1955 and Name was given as Ghulam Mohammad Barrage (after the name of then Governor General GhulaM Mohammad). This barrage is life-line of Southern Sindh. Guddu and Sukkur Barrage are also Important for all Sindh. These 3 barrages of Sindh are gift to the sindhi Nation.
