Vault deep station (61 m) of inception. Oblique stroke, containing 3 of the escalator, located in the northern end of the station.
Topic decoration station dedicated to the fight of the Red Guard in Petrograd Soviet power. In the facing of the walls of travel used reddish marble. Figure of floor which has been laid from the light-gray granite slabs with inclusions of small red tiles, imitating bricks. On the central axis of the station suspended seven ring-shaped chandeliers. Inside the rings are tubular-belt construction of copper coinage. The chandeliers are massive and are on the long arm of the pendulum. From this, they often sway over the platform. Butt Station on the architect's plan was to beautify made of polished marble relief, symbolizing the invincibility of the Red Guards. But the idea did not materialize in the end of the platform of the hall is set only the backdrop of polished marble. Coverage of the lower escalator hall decided to form original lighting fixtures located on the corrugated wall of the hall.
Exit to the city carried out on Zanevsky and Novocherkassk pamphlets and Zanevsky area. Under the ground, around the perimeter of the area arranged Zanevsky general closed corridor width of 6 m with twelve descents from sidewalks and on the tram, whose walls are covered with ceramic tiles. Above the entrances to the transition simple inscription aluminum letters: "Station Novocherkasskaya. At night pedestrians access to the transition overlaps with metal grates. From the side of the Neva River forms the ante-room corridor 15 m wide, that houses built shopping kiosks and phone booths. From the ante-room staircase leads down to the lobby itself - escalator hall, to which both sides are adjacent service and technical premises.
In 1992, after renaming the station, the inscription with the title track on the wall was abandoned, only the letters were reversed. The only letters that do not have enough for a new title, began the letter "H" and "O", so they were added to the inscription, and it was used is different from the available typeface. Because of this marked a significant contrast to the new letters from others. Besides the letters which have become displaced, were set unevenly.
