Historic Home at 109 Main Street

History: Mrs. Theresa Rockwell had this house built for herself in the 1860s after her husband died. She later married Mr. Spencer; Kenneth L. Spencer, her grandson, owned it. the house appears on the 1874 map of Chester as the property of F. Rockwell.
