The showground in Castle Hill is the site of many local events, such as the Castle Hill Agricultural Show, the Orange Blossom Festival, and fortnightly markets. The precinct contains a field, horse track and pavilions. The showground has been considered for a redevelopment turning it into a high density area with entertainment facilities, but there has been no full confirmation yet.
