Irresponsible camping, campfires, gold prospecting (glory holes/dredging), & drinkin' are strongly discouraged by locals. Litter bugs will be shone the way and will probably make a Native American tear-up.
If you don't know how to behave, don't bother going. Locals want to enjoy the scenery and not perform yard duty.
