  • The Shiv Lingam in this temple is "SWAYAMBU" - which means self formed. It is believed that the temple ages to the days of Lord Ram - during his exile it is believed he has visited this place. The temple is surrounded by a natural forest & the view of the Himalayas from here & the parts of Himachal etc are breath taking . It was found / discovered by a Judge who had seen this Lingam in his dreams & was told to find it in North Inida. His hunt finally bought him here - is really worth visiting if you are looking for real peace of mind. Food & Stay is complimentary - arranged by the temple . It is just aorund 4 hrs from Chandigarh or around 45 minutes drive from Una ( around 25 kms ) - the road is quite good & plenty of parking space is available.
