Former location of working harbor (circa 1880 - 1920). Good rocky point for diving, fishing or exploring tidepools at low tide. Some people shoot sea ducks from behind the rocks at low tide during duck hunting season in the fall. Public beach parking nearby. Local signs say "stay off rocks". In the 60's there was a local fleet of skiff based lobster fishermen who stored their boats inside the protection of the breakwater.
