This mill was one of several industries in West Concord. The name Damondale had a brief and limited currency in referring to part of West Concord. The mill suffered the fate of most New England mills and spent many years as a warehouse, known locally as "the cold storage." It was rennovated in the 1980s to become a condominium of commercial spaces.
