Spence Point was established in 1987. This small residential neighborhood consist of 10 single-family homes. Gotha is also one of the crown jewels of the most extremely wealthy Communities in Central Florida. The founder of the town named it after his birthplace in Gotha, Germany. It is centrally located to all destinations, including Downtown Orlando.
