Designed c. 1956 by Voorhees, Walker, Smith, Smith and Haines as the headquarters for the Prudential Corporation. It is the third tallest building in Newark at 374ft. The exterior is faced in Imperial Danby Marble from Vermont, the same marble used in the Supreme Court Building and Jefferson Monument in Washington, D.C.
