Symphony Center, which includes Orchestra Hall, is home of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, founded in 1891. The Chicago Symphony is one of the most acclaimed orchestras in the United States. Music Directors of the Chicago Symphony have included Fritz Reiner, Sir Georg Solti, and Daniel Barenboim.
