Established at Ronse by decision of 18 August 1784, and was then transferred to the first post holder Ronse, probably built between 1781 and 1784.
Originally outbuildings forming a closed structure around a courtyard.
After selling to H. Spiers in 1943 under the direction of architect 'Ch. Hoge' thoroughly rebuilt and refurbished as a dwelling.
