And had been planned that it along with the Vacant shopping center around it, which used to be a Hardware store called HQ in the 90's and and supermarket Kroger. It has been planned it will be torn down and built up simalr to the Town center. It is most likley just a contuieation of the Town Center Development wiht more High ris Buildings
