RAND-demolished old site

The RAND Corporation (Research ANd Development) is a nonprofit global policy think tank for research and analysis to the United States armed forces; and via applied science and operations research on a host of non-defense issues for other U.S. Agencies & foreign governments, private foundations, international organizations, and commercial organizations .
Was at 1700 Main Street, and fronted on Ocean Boulevard too. Photo shows the site in 2010, its use under debate. Mature Trees were boxed for later replanting. Still nearby in new building on Main Street.
