  When walking in Rong Hu Park or adjacent Shan Hu park, beware of pickpockets, mostly young males and teenagers. They operate in small gangs, occasionally with female members, giving the impression that they are dating couples. Known to sometimes use knifes or scissors to slice or cut bags or back packs to get at objects. Will cut camera straps to snatch away camera.
