  • It's a nice area with a lot of green spots and good connections with the city. I'm a bit of a curmudgeon and not a big fan of noisy parties, but the area is actually quite calm most of the time, so it's not a big problem. If you're a student and you manage to get housing here, you should consider yourself very lucky.
