Church of St. Joseph (Kostel Sv. Josefa) is example of small austere sacral architecture of Baroque era.
Baroque church of St. Joseph (built in the years between 1636-1653 as part of a Capuchine monastery) is huddling on Square of Republic next to the massive structure of neo-Romanesque barracks George of Podebrady (nowadays rebuilt into huge Palladium shopping mall). The church is partly hidden behind the wall, that separates it from the Square and creates also a small courtyard. Wall towards the Square is decorated by two Baroque statues of saints.
