  • The Greek village of Athienou is a recently formed municipality that keeps growing extensively despite the fact that it is surrounded by Turkish forces on the northwest;north and the northeast since 1974. There are only two roads that enter and exit the village. The main road connecting from the Southwest (The old Nicosia/Larnaca road) and a secondary connecting from the Souteast to the Abdellero village. The village now lies within the UN buffer zone.
  • LOL you make it sound like there isnt a UN Buffer zone in between this village & the Turk's.Which leads me to brand your post as BS Propaganda.
