Former Kremlin hospital and polyclinic.
In 1920, a first-aid post was organized in the Fourth building of the VTsIK (All Russia Central Executive Committee) located at Vozdvizhenka Street, 4. First-aid posts at VTSIK buildings were reorganized almost immediately into "accident wards" in which there were some hospital cots and outpatient reception hours.
In the summer of 1925 the Kremlin hospital moved from within the Kremlin to the building at the corner of street Vozdvizhenka and street Granovsky. Simultaneously Kremlin ambulance station relocated here and a polyclinic was set up for the employees working in the Kremlin.
On August, 20th, 1938 all independent out-patient establishments existing on street Vozdvizhenka: the Central polyclinic, Polyclinic №1, children's polyclinic, physiotherapy and x-ray branches were united as part of the Central polyclinic of Medical-sanitary management of the Kremlin. After WWII the Central Clinic of the Kremlin expanded. In 1950 they began to serve foreigners and in 1952 a second Central Clinic specifically for foreigners opened.
Since the breakup of the Soviet Union, this is now called Polyclinic of №1 Administrative Department of the President of the Russian Federation.
