Monument commemorating the Battle Of Fallen Timbers which took place on August 20th, 1794, at which the Americans led by General Anthony Wayne defeated the native forces of Chief Little Turtle. The victory led to the Treaty of Greenville which was signed on August, 3rd, 1795 and opened up much of the present State of Ohio to settlement.
