  • Jeff: I think you are right...from the layout of the terrain, I would give it a better than 80 percent chance just by looking at the significance of the structure and its location. Good catch.
  • As far as I remember it's FORMER headquarter, later the officer club/theater. In 80s headquarter was located on other side of bay (don't means other side of Colskiy gulf) Take a look
