The earliest part of the temple still standing, this was built by Thutmose I (c. 1504-1492 BC), modified by Hatshepsut (1479-1458 BC), Thutmose III (1479-1425 BC), and Amenhotpe II (1427-1398 BC). The hall was used for royal coronation ceremonies Sed-festival celebrations.
