Castle Guarene is an example of Baroque architecture in Piedmont, was built in seventeenth-century style in 1726 on the initiative of Carlo Giacinto Roero. It shows in his architectural traits influence the architect Filippo Juvarra in the Roero was a student.

The castle overlooks a formal garden designed in 1740 by the gardener of nearby Castle Govone and by the same Carlo Giacinto Roero. It is characterized by the geometry of the hedges that create fascinating games perspective.

Inside the castle you can admire the decorations and frescoes by painters like Francis Cosola, James Rappa, Galliori Bernardino and Joseph Palladino.

Noteworthy are the Chinese Rooms with tapestries from India Company, arrived from London nel'700, the Bishop's Room decorated with embroidery "bandera" of the eighteenth century, the staircase, the entrance hall, the room Lunch and Gallery, rich in art and elegance.

The castle includes the Chapel of St. Therese Patron with a magnificent dome and the elliptical.
