Opened September 16, 1929, built for the Kanawha Valley Bank. At 22 floors was West Virginia's tallest office tower until the completion of Laidley Tower. Occupies the site of the old West Virginia State Capitol building that burned in 1921. It is ornamented with gray and orange terra-cotta.
