Specializes in sushi/sashimi. This is THE place in Modesto if you're looking for good sushi. They're the only place so far in Modesto to offer amberjack (a.k.a. kanpachi, a leaner, firmer, yet just as tasty species of yellowtail), they also have bonito, and they're starting to feature escolar, a.k.a. "Super White Tuna."
