This Housing amidst large scale greenery and tree lined grounds,has attracted quite a handful of the City's Gliteratti in the last two years of its construction. The project has since undergone more development and the apts have been handed over to the owners 2007 onwards. This Image is circa 2009.   • We were lured by the Sherwood's big billboards dispalyed all along the EM Byepass, but living here is still quite disappointing. The construction of the flats (inside) is quite poor and the management treats flat-owners like tenants !! The management fails to deliver, and hardly responds to mails.
