  • Beware all you prospective buyers of Uniworld city Rajarhat. You may not get what you see in teh beautiful brochures. See this eye opening video i found on the net http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjDtJjA96Dg There are no roads, electricity or water connection at present. God knows how many years it will take to develop the new town.

  • The work is going on with a good pace but the infrastructure is missing ...................may be in next 3 years it should be good enough and a project is only hit if people start moving in not by handing over
